The key to allowing more of what you want into your life is to take a moment to appreciate all the good you already have.So many of us take our hard working bodies for granted, and if we are experiencing health challenges it can be hard to take our focus off the problem.
So having been invited on facebook by Christine Jenkins ( thank you : ) to join her on her 30 day body appreciation project I thought, why not start there!
I have included the tapping points graphic, this is from my Root Notes EFT cd
I suggest that you get comfy & sit quietly.close your eyes.Just notice your breath.don't try to change it or force it,but gradually imagine it reaching into your tummy , your back, your legs, your arms.
Notice how the breath does all the work if you just observe. Is it slowing down?Getting deeper? Can you feel muscles release a little tension? This is such a simple & healing thing to do.
so here's a quick eft round, tapping with finger tips gently on the eft points
KC-even though I sometimes forget to appreciate my breathing, working away every minute, I now decide to be more conscious of this wonderful, calming, free energy flowing through me.(repeat 3 times)
TH-I choose to pause to breathe deeply
EB-When I am at a red light, I will take a slow deep breath
SE-If I am standing waiting for something to cook/kettle to boil,I notice my breath.
UE-When I am in a queue,I bring my attention inward & enjoy a slow deep breath
CH-I breath in through my nose & out through my mouth, never holding my breath
CB-I easily remeber to do this - I am reminded by red lights , kettle ,queues!
UA-I love feeling this calm energy flowing through me
Try to run through this once each morning this week ,and see if you notice any improvements : )
Do please share anything you notice here or over at facebook : )
Love & Light ,
Milinda

A wise person said "The more you do of what you're doing, the more you get of what you're getting". So doing these different things you suggest may be a way toward change.
