A daily task we totally take for granted; until it might go wrong, is our bodies' ability to turn food into energy.
We may rush the buying ,cooking and eating of our food and still expect top results.
So today, I want to add in the lost art of grace before meals.
Or indeed having a little grace before meals.
Did you know that there are examples where they took Kirlian (aura)photographs of food while it was being eaten.In some cases, the eater was asked to be very mindful of the energy exchange about to be made and in this case the 'aura'/energy photo of the food ,was very bright and very active. In the case where food was rushed and gobbled the energy was much lower.
So perhaps it would be a nice little practice to reintroduce a little grace before eating.Here is a little EFT/Meridian Tapping round to get you tuned in : )

UN- I can spare a few minutes to do nothing else while I eatCH-I find it surprisingly easy to make healthy food choices
CB-I eat for the benefit of my body& long term health
UA-I love the feeling of eating healthy food
