Today I am celebrating the dreamy world of sleep.
Are you allowing yourself enough sleep?
Do you prioritise the occasional early night?
Have you tried occasional naps during busy times?
In sleep the mind and body rests and heals.Thoughts can be arranged.Cells can renewed.Dreams can inspire.Have you tried writing down a question or problem ,then intend to receive some new insight during the night?
I have an EFT Lullaby on my root notes eft songs cd. I have received lovely feedback on how it has helped some people, who have had trouble dozing off : )

i adore sleep!it makes me happy,gives me energy,helps clarify what needs to be done next day,is a great reward after a tough day and a lovely bonus at the end of great day.hooray for sleep!!
