Love it,Need it,Dump it.

Continuing the project,procrastination, passion post from last week.
Ok ,so you know what you want to do and why you want to do it. You have your list broken down into steps and you have eliminated the time wasting ,dead in the water projects.
If you haven't done this and you started out thinking you were going to try something new- you really should stop here and ask yourself why you have stalled yourself already? Because everystep of this process is done deliberately ,so you can see where your speed bump is. So, if you have been triggered by something, start asking questions about that and of course , use your tapping!!

The next question is, are you about to head off on a journey with flat tyres, no petrol and a broken wiper?

Heading into a project and then half way through running out of paint , thread, boxes, pens, ink ,paper is a recipe for a procrastination explosion. Ta- da , you have just created a marvellous diversion as you fill a morning or afternoon with errands. You have to attack this one head on. Do a checklist, be honest about it. This may go as far as acknowledging that your workspace is set up in a way that guarantees you will have a tantrum within the first hour as something falls or breaks . Now you can throw your hands up and pick from the endless list of excuses this provides, the mood is broken, my concentration is 'gone' (where?!) etc. I actually love hearing these excuses because they are gems for tapping starting points : )

Today, take ten minutes, cast a critical (but loving ) eye over your workspace. Find three things you love in there, they set the mood.Find three things you need- make sure they work and that you have enough of them.And find three things to dump.The number is variable , the intention is make it doable.
